Joy Daunis Photos makes every effort for your special occasion or event to be photographed without any muss or fuss!

To help make the process run smoothly please read below:

How long will it be until someone contact me back? Joy Daunis Photos will contact you within 48 hours if the request was received during a weekday. If you send a request on a weekend it could take up to 3 days. Thank you for your patience.

Is a deposit required? Yes.

If I cancel will I get my deposit back? This depends on how much advance notice you give Joy Daunis when cancelling. Deposits to hold your place on her schedule are not returned if you are cancelling less than one week to the event. The exception will be due to a pandemic, natural disaster, or special circumstance. In these cases, the customer has the option to receive a refund or rebook at another date and time.

Please follow these steps for your “Must have pictures email”.

STEP 1: In the subject line place your NAME, EVENT NAME, and “MUST HAVES”

STEP 2. Write your name, event date, name of the event, and address of the event.

STEP 3. LIST photos that you want taken (e.g. “cutting of the ribbon”, ” family photos with all the grandparents and grandchildren, ” speeches by the honored guests”, etc.)

STEP 4. Give as many details as you can. Communication is key!
